The objective of our “Beer of the Month” entry is not to find the perfect beer. While we love beer we are realists and firmly stand our ground in the belief that the perfect beer just hasn’t been invented yet. However, my crew is on a hard-target search for it and dammit, we will find it or die trying! Nevertheless, the objective of this monthly report is to share with you what we’ve found along our quest.
