Everyone is guilty of this. Regardless of how long we’ve been working out, we get into a routine of doing the same thing at the gym. Time after time it rarely changes. We strive to push further on our regular exercises but rarely do we try things we’ve never done before. It’s time to change this behavior.

Know your stats – part I

With so much information about health available you’d think it would be easy to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Yet, it isn’t. Often, too much (and conflicting) information leads to confusion and results in people not taking action. Mandibbles isn’t exactly a medical reference source. However, we do seek to inform our readers of basic health concepts that should be given attention. The goal; improve your health, live longer and of course, be a positive contributor to society. Even 2 out of 3 of those would be a win. Our topic today; BMI. Do you know what yours is?

Home health is getting smarter – and looking slicker

Is it me or is everything starting to look like Apple designed it? I guess we shouldn’t complain. Even something as mundane as a scale has gotten a full frontal face lift and emerged from its transformation looking so cool that you’ll want everyone to know you have one. The great thing about this scale is that it not only looks fresh, but it’s packed with some cool technology that makes it quite useful as well. Could this to be the centerpiece to your new home health management system? Perhaps.
